The Board of the St Mary the Protectress Ukrainian Orthodox Millennium Villa informs the Membership that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 7 November after the Divine Liturgy in the Church Auditorium beginning at approximately 12:00PM.
All members of the St Mary the Protectress UOC are members of the Villa and have the right to vote at this meeting.
Because the Villa was unable to hold its AGM last year, it is essential that an AGM be held at this time to deal with certain regulatory and governance matters.
The Board stipulates that only fully vaccinated will be allowed to attend. All other Covid 19 restrictions will be enforced.
